The gentleman came in to put up a new bed/mattress after first taking out the old bed/mattress/box spring and didn't expect or have me lift/move heavy boxes but did all that was necessary in a calm and efficient manner, including the removal of the old bed/etc. And did it all so as to not cause any damage to walls, floors, etc. so big thumbs up.
