To anyone looking to sell your home I would like to recommend Richard Daniels.
Richard was very throug in the inspection of my home that I was getting ready to place on the market. Richard looks both inside of each room from top to bottom around ever window, checking every window, all air ducks, air conditioner, heater,water heater, electrical, foundation. Then out the door to check from the roof to the outside foundation. I've just listed some of the things that are on Richard's inspection.
Richard takes pictures of what needs to be repaired and takes the time to review what he found so that you can ask questions, Richards on what he found and he will take the to explain the problem. Richard will e-mail you a copy of the report.
I was so impress that I ask Richard to evaluate the new house I wanted to purchase. He did find some problems and once they were corrected Richard came back and the rest is history. I'm in that new home

Rick Daniels with Milestone Home Inspections completed our home inspection and even came on short notice. He was very friendly and knowledgable and he took the time to explain the report to my husband and I as well. Rick Daniels of Milestone Home Inspections is by far the most knowledgeable and professional inspector I have worked with. He is very thorough and extremely patient. He takes the time to explain everything to the buyers, from possible remedies, basic operations and maintenance for their new home. I highly recommend him.
