- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have multiple options to fit different people with different needs. Our personal training can range from $28-100/session. No extra junk fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a Discovery Session where we get to know you—not just your fitness goals, but your health history, injuries, lifestyle, schedule, and what success looks like for you. From there, we complete a comprehensive movement assessment to identify strengths, limitations, and the safest, most effective starting point. Using that information, we build a personalized training plan designed specifically for your body and goals. Throughout your journey, we track your progress, adjust your program as you improve, and provide accountability and guidance to help you achieve lasting results. Our goal isn’t just to help you exercise, it’s to create a clear, personalized plan that helps you move better, feel better, and build a healthier life for the long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our coaches are Kinesiologists. We have many different degreed professionals in multiple areas of fitness and health including physical therapy, kinesiology, massage therapy, and acupuncture.
