- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can always pay per lesson. However, monthly payments (and attending regularly) will give you a few extra lessons. You essentially get a discount for paying by the month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I teach mostly in my studio but I do offer lessons online. The first lesson is a time for me either to get to know how you play and what you know about music, or to teach you the very first basics of music.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Music degree in piano performance, and I am a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music with emphases in both piano and cello.
