When I decided to sell my house I compared three different realtors. The first seemed too lacking in experience so I focused on Chris Murray of Remax and Vogler Feigen. Chris Murray was well prepared and had answers to all my questions. I made a comment something like, Its easier to come down from a high price than it is to come up from a low price. Chris politely tried to explain that this idea was wrong but unfortunately some people (like me) have to learn the hard way. I asked Chris about his evaluation of the market value of my of my home and his estimate turned out to be within $3,000 of the eventual selling price. I was non-committal and told Chris that I wanted to hear from some more realtors.I met Sonya Feigen and Aprile Meza shortly afterwards. Both are highly experienced agents. Sonya confidently stated that my house was worth $20,000 more than what Chris Murray told me it was worth. Aprile Meza agreed with Sonya. I did mention what Chris had said but they replied that Chris just wanted to sell the house quickly and if I was willing to wait a little longer I could make a lot more money. Well, I swallowed their pitch and for almost four months there were no offers to buy. I had to listen to to one lame excuse after another about why it was necessary to lower the asking price. After six months I ended up getting a lousy deal.I make no claim for the readers sympathy. I was warned and I made a bad choice. Chris Murray held no grudge against me for choosing another realtor. He even sent to me a congratulations email after escrow closed. In conclusion, If you are looking for competence, integrity, honesty, and caring sign up with The Murray Team.

I put my house up for sell on Dec the 6th, I'm not sure of the first open house but I do remember realtor called to tell me we had a bidding war going on and what the highest bid was, needless to said there were no more open houses and I moved by the 28th of January. After speaking several realtors,Cory was by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with. He saw me thru my fears and a few mood swings. Thanks to Cory, I survived the sale of the only home l'd lived in for more than 22 years, thank you Cory for your professional, knowledge, and determinenation.

Working with Chris and his wife, Andrea was such an awesome experience for my wife and I.From their advice on staging the home and their great pictures. To a price which he said would get the home into a bidding war. Sure enough a bidding war ensued with numerous people trying to buy the house.I was concerned with people coming into our house so he had it set up so that only realtors were able to come in with a client who were qualified to purchase.I can't say enough positive things about Chris, Andrea and his team. I actually asked Chris to find a top notch realtor in the state that we moved to. He found her and we were off looking at homes.I had a co-worker call me and I gave him Chris's office number and this co worker sold his home in Chino.If.your looking to buy or sell... dont hesitate to call Chris or Andrea.

Chris and his team stayed with us for two years while we clarified the title and settled legal issues. When it came time to sell, they quickly sold the house during a difficult market. I can't commend them enough.

This was difficult time for me, and with a hectic work schedule, I wasn't the best with communication, or timelines all the time, thankfully Chris was! He was always ahead of the game and working hard for me. It was like having a very trusted friend, with my best interest in mind working on my side. He got me exactly what he said he would! He made the process as easy as he could. The technology they use and how they present a sale is fantastic. He also helped with additional issues I had at the house to help get the house ready for sale and sold. He knows and understands the market and kept me informed the whole way through. It was only on the market maybe 2 wks before we started a 30 day escrow and even that was finished before the 30 days! I am very grateful to Chris and Andrea. If you're unsure, just call them, as soon as you meet them, you'll understand how salt of the earth these folks are, and how well they know their business.
