Introduction
Ricardo Riley a former stockbroker for 8 years expanded his investment experience into Real Estate Development and Sales. He obtained his Real estate license in 2002 and never looked back. His enthusiasm for real estate has taken him on a journey from entitling land and building new homes from 2002 to 2008. The development experience helped him achieve a background in residential construction. Ricardo has successfully sold homes in thriving and down markets such as the great recession of 2009 to 2014. During this period he won Rookie of the year in 2011 with the Ruth Pugh team in San Diego under Century 21 for best sales performance. He worked for a large investor PGI investments assisting them in acquiring renovating and selling over 150 homes from 2012 to 2016. In 2017 he joined Renovation Realty and continued to assist them by helping clients renovate and sell their homes. Currently Ricardo manages his Real estate team with his Wife Michelle Riley Riley & Associates and continues to offer his experience in assisting sellers and buyers with their Real Estate needs.

Ricardo Riley and his team impressed us from start to finish. My wife and I wanted a certain look for our bathroom and they delivered flawlessly! Even through all the constant modifications my wife and I made, last minute changes, and having to adapt to our work schedule, they made it all happen.
