The Box Construction team are truly amazing at what they do. I contacted them due to their high rating on Thumbtack and was glad I did. Stephen, the owner, is highly responsive and will work with you in all facets of your project. One of the things I loved most was the communication. They helped us improve the structure of our home while performing the requested work (combining two rooms, floor remodel, bathroom remodel). Although this did come at an additional cost, we happily paid it to improve the longevity of our home. I mention this because it's nice to have someone who not only cares about doing the work, but also making it last. The employees are also very high quality and professional. They work quick and are also very nice. As for the cost - it is very reasonable for the work that they provide. We are very happy with them and will definitely reach out for any further projects.

I hired Box Construction for roof repair. He replied to my inquiry immediately, which was great, because I had a leak in one of my upstairs rooms and a big rain storm was headed our way. He came out same day to give an estimate. His roofer came out the next day! The roofer was polite and professional. Then he fixed the roof and I paid Box Construction. A heavy rain came the next day. And the leak wasn’t completely fixed. I still got a dark stain on my ceiling. But this is where they really shined, because Box Construction answered the phone right away and sent his roofer back out in the middle of the heavy rains. The roofer went back up on my roof and figured out what had been missed the first time. It turns out that it was a little bit more of a complicated job near the chimney than I was quoted for, but they didn’t charge me extra. They just wanted to fix it right and prevent water damage to my home. It rained very hard all through the rest of the week and there were no more leaks. Now, with any company, sometimes things go wrong with a repair or Home improvement job. That’s when you can really get the opportunity to see how much they care about getting it right. They came out in the middle of a rainstorm to make it right and didn’t try to charge me extra. They responded to my phone calls immediately, every time, instead of dodging me and trying to make the next buck on the next job. They could have made me wait a week for an appointment and my home would have been ravaged by the weather. I didn’t want to leave this review until a couple of good hard rains came, just to make sure that it was 100% fixed and I was 100% satisfied with Box Construction. It has probably been almost a year since the repair and it’s is still holding strong!

Steve and his crew were very professional and very responsive to any questions we had. They worked very skillfully and were very punctual. I had a roof leak that also damaged my living room wall and floors and Box construction did the whole project. I am very pleased at the work that they put out, but was most impressed in the manner the whole crew presented themselves. It was always what did we want and need done, not a salesman trying to sell me things I didn’t need. They took care of the whole job along with dealing with the insurance company to make sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Box Construction, they are there to work for you.

I contacted Steve to inspect the roof of my room addition due to leaks. Steve was able to come out the following day for an inspection, and he was able to give me a same day quote which was several hundred dollars below the other quotes I had received. Steve and his crew were able to complete the work the same day and although I was at work he stayed in contact with me via cell phone which included pictures. I absolutely would recommend Steve for roof repairs without hesitation. As a matter of fact, I plan to contract with him to do additional construction projects on my property. If there were six stars I would have given it to him.

My sun room which acts as an office was leaking. I desperately needed it repaired before the rains returned. Mr. Fixit was right on it, provided a fair quote for more work than I thought I needed, but sold me on the idea of the Roof Maintenance package. Not only was it a fair price, it was done in one day. I had asked him to provide quotes for yard work that I needed, and he not only got me a quote, but had an expert out who was ready to go today. I was not ready, but I know in the future if I need something, he will be there willing and able to get it taken care of. I have programed his name and number in my phone for any projects and will check with him first before searching for someone else. I would recommend for sure. I wont know for sure if the sunroom leak is fixed till it rains again, but I know the work is guaranteed. That by itself was a huge selling point for me. Thank you for taking care of things so fast. I appreciate it.
