I would highly recommend Fix Right. From the office staff to the field workers, everyone was a pleasure to have done business with. Had 3 estimates from reputable roofers in our area, and Dale wasn't the least, but he guaranteed there would be no other charges once the tiles were removed and you could tell he knew what he was talking about when it came to roofing. Dale is running an honest business. His crew were on time, worked hard, cleaned up. Everything was perfect. Even the neighbors started asking me "who did your roof!" What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer is as follows:
My Administrative Assistant Alexa will reply to the leads in a timely manner after receiving them. When we hear back from the customer we set up an appointment for an assessment on the roof, write up an estimate and send it over via email. We then schedule your job in for completion upon Signature or Approval of our contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The work experience started at a young age when working with my father. I then served apprenticeship with the Carpenters Union.
