- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We calculate the gallons in the pool. Inspect the pools equipment and factor in the most important details about your pools personality to decide price. In other words what you pay for is fair and it’s what you get. We also want to make it work for everyone’s budget and expectations as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always Make a huge effort in taking the time to get to know our customers. We know you have very busy schedules so we know you want to be able to trust that we will be there to provide quotes on Service or repair even if we are not able to meet in person. Our main concerned is that we provide the flexibility that works for our client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning pools and offering help repairing pools with my good friend since I was 14 years old. Since then I've never wanted to break or slow down. I have taken several classes over the years from pool manufactures such as Pentair, Hayward and Zodiac. I’m also water chemistry certified and carry insurance.
