Eagle Valley Plumbing responded within 10 minutes of my initial request through Thumbtack! Albi came over the same day to assess the issue, provided a free quote, and the next day fixed our broken hot water pipe. The matter was urgent as we were leaving for vacation 2 days later and needed the job to be done. It was a relief knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about pipes bursting while we were away. Albi was great about explaining the problem and how he would fix it. After the job, he cleaned up the area, including bagging the old pipe and debris. I would definitely use them again!

I needed t replace a new sink in my kitchen. Got a response from Albi from Eagle Valley Plumbing. We made an appointment and he messaged me when he was coming. He was very professional and explained what he’s doing. Unfortunately my sink is old and was very hard to remove. With Albi’s persistence he was able to remove it. There were other problems I didn’t know we had. My water valve was not turning and he was able to replace with a new one. He spent longer than expected,but he wanted to make sure he finishes the work. He even had to go and buy wood to secure the sink because I wanted it under mount. I would highly recommend Eagle Valley Plumbing, Albi is the owner and he said he likes to be the one to see the new client for a new job.

Albi was quick to respond and communication was a breeze in setting up our appointment. From my initial inquiry to the time he showed up to complete the job, he was very prompt in his responses.
Not only is he knowledgeable, he stayed professional and friendly the whole time—my husband enjoyed carrying a conversation with him. He was also very respectful of our space and mindful that we have a toddler in the house. He kept his workspace tidy and clean.

My pricing is fair and based on the type of the job ,materials needed, and time required. I always provide an upfront estimate before starting any work so there are no surprises.Small service calls may have a minimum fee,but large projects are priced and quality work,and I can also offer flexible options depending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First speak with the customer to understand the situation or project. Then I inspect the problem, explain the best solution,and provide an estimate.once approved,I complete the work carefully and keep the customer updated throughout the project to make sure they are satisfied
