BeastBay responded quickly and professionally to my situation. I liked that they came with a no pressure, free estimate. The tech (Ian) kindly wore shoe covers I gave him. He quickly identified the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. He spoke and behaved professionally and courteously. Albion was very prompt in answering my request and came the next day to replace my outside water valve. He also replaced the taps under my sink and replaced one toilet and reseated two others. He was very informative and knowledgeable in his work. I will definitely use him again for other plumbing needs.
