- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the type of the job ,materials needed, and time required. I always provide an upfront estimate before starting any work so there are no surprises.Small service calls may have a minimum fee,but large projects are priced and quality work,and I can also offer flexible options depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First speak with the customer to understand the situation or project. Then I inspect the problem, explain the best solution,and provide an estimate.once approved,I complete the work carefully and keep the customer updated throughout the project to make sure they are satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional plumbing training and several years of field experience working on residential and commercial plumbing systems.I continue learning new plumbing methods,codes ,and technology’s to provide high quality services and safe installation
