Albion was very prompt in answering my request and came the next day to replace my outside water valve. He also replaced the taps under my sink and replaced one toilet and reseated two others. He was very informative and knowledgeable in his work. I will definitely use him again for other plumbing needs.

Had trouble with a stubborn shower diverter that wasn’t closing/opening properly when hot and cold handles were open. Albion came out, assessed and did not give up. The reluctant handle eventually gave way and he was able to get the old shower stem out. He went and returned promptly with the new replacement and it all probably took about an hour and a half. Albi was personable and professional. Will be calling Vertex next time a plumbing issue comes up.
