Chef Allan is an amazing educator who is deeply passionate about not only teaching students about the culinary arts, but about instilling inspiration that guides students to be the best people they can be in this industry. He teaches you the things you need as well as tricks of the trade. Along with all this, he ensures students have a deep understanding of the practical works of the kitchen and the behind the scenes as well.
