- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are $75 or less. Remote screen sharing help is usually around $25. If there is a part needed then the cost will be more. But you will know those costs ahead of time, also I don't markup the prices on parts. For out of town service calls there may be a small trip charge of $10-$15.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, it's just not in a formal classroom setting. Just doing this job is a continuing education.
