Introduction: I take the time to not only solve the issue at hand, I will also work with customers to show them how they can avoid or prevent the same problems from recurring in the future. As much as I love technology there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a customer's face light up when they learn how to do something new with their computer. For a lot of people a computer is their only way to stay connected to the outside world. My goal is always to help them have more control, better use, and understanding of their technology including cell phones and television.

I think he's FABULOUS...Been getting help from him for years...I call him my Computer Guru! I have never had a problem that he couldn't solve for me. I am into creative writing, photos and graphics...But a 'computer whiz' I am NOT! If it weren't for Gordon, I would not be able to get anything worthwhile done on my computer -- certainly, 'nowhere' if I had to depend on my self. Gordon is also very reasonably priced -- He is friendly, intelligent and deserves the confidence I and all of his customers have in him. Give him a try...you won't be sorry!

Computer Repair

Gordon came to my home to troubleshoot and pick up my computer for cleaning and tuneup. It was returned 24 hrs. later and as promised, is running much smoother and faster.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Most services are $75 or less. Remote screen sharing help is usually around $25. If there is a part needed then the cost will be more. But you will know those costs ahead of time, also I don't markup the prices on parts. For out of town service calls there may be a small trip charge of $10-$15.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, it's just not in a formal classroom setting. Just doing this job is a continuing education.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It found me and I liked it.
