Jesus was very professional and communicative from the start. He offered the most reasonable price and the soonest appointment. His original appointment window was for Saturday evening but his morning opened up so he asked if he could come by earlier. His appointment was set for 8am-9am and he was texting me at 7:35am to communicate his arrival time (loved this!) I was still a bit sleepy but he was very patient and took the time to explain to me how often we should expect to clean our specific panels in this specific area and so on, being very honest and not taking advantage of my ignorance. In the end he sent me a cool video of him cleaning our panels & I will most definitely be reaching out to him for all our future solar panel cleaning needs (:
