Another flooring person left us hugh and dry. Marcos came to the rescue & did an amazing jobfor us at a great price. Hecwas very professional & fast.

Marcos was very responsive, answering my inquiry immediately and coming over right away to solve the problem during the small window of time I had available between renters. We had tile that had chipped away and disappeared around the shower drain, a dishwasher that needed to be replaced but which had been tiled in during a kitchen remodel so we could not get the old one out or the new one in without removing tile and replacing it after the appliance swap, and a hole in the drywall where a gas pipe was worked on. Marcos fixed all these items. In fairness, I have not seen the work myself, only photos because I had to leave for a business trip, but the tile used in the shower to replace the tile around the drain seemed a bit of an odd choice and the grout that was used to reinstall the kitchen tiles is darker than the surrounding grout. He patched the drywall and textured the wall but did not contact me about returning to sand or paint it. We were able to take care of that ourselves. All in all, I would say that I was very happy with Marcos' ability to do the work immediately and since he did not have any direction or supervision from me in regard to choosing tile or grout color or exactly what I wanted done with the wall, I can't really fault his choices as that could just be a matter of taste or personal choice.
