The person they sent did do her job. There was just a few things that I felt like she shouldn’t have missed. She didn’t clean or touch our dining table. When cleaning our kitchen she also put away dirty dishes back into our cabinets. But, overall she worked hard. She just missed a few things that I felt that she shouldn’t have missed. Attention to detail was missing.

Can't say I would use them again. I had to leave pretty quickly after she arrived - I have a basic, small-ish one bedroom apartment so I pointed out where everything was and asked her to make sure the kitchen floor got a good cleaning.
I came back home and the first thing I saw was that she hadn't even bothered to straighten my bed?
Which made me look a little closer elsewhere. And then I realized she hadn't even moved the paper or books on my coffee table to clean underneath. or moved anything on my floor to vaccuum - she literally just vaccuumed around it. Went to the kitchen and the counters hadn't been cleaned that well, food crumbs were still there - same with the floor at the creases. My desk hadn't been wiped down - a finger test showed dust...
Basically she did a cleaning that I could have done myself. Windexed the mirror closet doors, vaccuumed and wiped down the bathroom. That feeling that you get when you walk in and everything feels a little sparkly and super neat because you just had your place cleaned? Didn't get it at all. So...disappointed. :/
For $150, I could just do what I got myself.

Overall, the work was adequate, but not exceptional. She
She was 30min late, but fortunately called to make us aware. She estimated 5 hours to complete the job, but took more than 7. We paid extra for windows to be cleaned, but our large patio window in our family room wasn’t touched.

I am very sorry for your bad perspective of the facts, but I just want to let you know that the estimated time that I give to my clients is only an approximate and it does not mean that it is exactly the time that will take the work, the house was much bigger than I thought, besides that cleaning the laundry room to remove the smell of dog pee I take more time than expected I had to clean more than three times to remove the odor, and for your knowledge that was not included in the price and I did it without charging anything extra, also the refrigerator took me too much time because it had a lot of things inside and the take them out to clean and put them back also took a lot of time, usually the refrigerator has to be empty to be able to clean it more easily and I did it without charging anything extra, In addition to all the things and toys that were thrown around the house it took me more time to collect everything to be able to sweep and mop, that are the facts that you have to see also, and with respect to the sliding door of the room of course that I cleaned it and for your knowledge those two doors the one in the living room and the one in the kitchen the two I cleaned inside and out even though I only charged inside and also cleaned them both sides without any extra charge, so I’m sorry that you were not completely satisfied but I did the best, blessings.
