I’ve been training with EK for about a little over a year, and the experience has been amazing. When I first started, I was really intimidated because I had no fitness background and very little experience working out. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he immediately made me feel comfortable and supported.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain exercises, proper form, and the reasons behind what we’re doing. What stands out most is how much he genuinely cares about his clients.
