- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I stay within the pricing norms of the industry-the pricing would depend on the complexity of the assignment and all that it entails.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to make contact and see what the scope of work is for the appraisal needed-is it for tax purposes, divorce, estate planning, pre listing appraisal. I like to find out what their expectations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed appraiser constantly taking classes related to the industry to stay up to date with licensing requirements and on the trending factors in today's market.
