We've previously hired Mel with Scribe Tech to fix our copier, because it had an error code. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accuratley. Print quality on copier has been problematic. Mel came out to our business, assessed the problem and walked me through what was going on with our printer. He showed up promptly at appointment time and was professional and courteous. Communications have been outstanding--would definitely recommend.

We are a small printing company. We have 3 large commercial Konica Minolta color and B&W copiers. I know that he also trained on Xerox, Cannon, Ricoh's and other brands, but my experience is limited to Konica Minoltas. They are off lease and we now use Scribe Tech exclusively for all our tech and repair needs. He is prompt and courteous and ALWAYS professional and polite. He is factory trained, Oh, and his prices are VERY competitive.
We put out a LOT of work. Yes, with 3 copiers they require a LOT of maintenance and he is more than up to the task.
I have zero reservations about giving Mel and Scribe Tech my highest recommendation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at Konica Minolta USA and have been factory trained by them on all black and white and also color commercial copiers. I have over 20 years of experience and all major bands and also have been trained on print production complex color printers. I also have been trained on plotters and wide format printers.
We are committed to office equipment repair and to serving you with quality and value.
