- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I develop pricing according to customers' budget, and individual needs. I start with a base rate, but I am always flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new customers and encourage them to see our reviews to instill confidence. I have a face-to-face meeting and talk about the details of their special event. I offer professional advice, and forward a list of preferred vendors that I have worked with to help narrow down their search, and make it easier for them to find reputable vendors. We meet again at the actual venue to go over set-up and a rehearsal (for weddings). A timeline is created and shared with the venue/vendors to insure everyone is on the same page. I am open to my clients' via phone/email for any questions that arise during the planning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality/event planning/management business for over 15 years for top companies and venues which include: The Balboa Bay Resort San Juan Hills GC Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club Newport Beach Country Club Electra Cruises Hornblower American Express Waterfront Hilton Huntington Beach, and many more venues from 30-300 guests.
