A recent favorite was an intimate farm-to-table, wood-fire dinner for a private group celebrating a milestone birthday. The menu was fully customized around seasonal ingredients and cooked live over wood fire on site. The experience involved several days of planning, sourcing, and menu development, with the event itself spanning a full service day, from setup and fire prep to multi-course execution and breakdown. The result was a relaxed, elevated evening where the hosts could be fully present with their guests.
