I wish I could give this guy a LOWER rating than one star. Normally I try to understand that people have their off days and maybe mistakes made were because of something wrong in their personal life. But the amount of shenanigans this guy pulls is just disgusting. First off, in regards to work, he shows up late, works at the slowest rate possible, and spends more time trying to talk to the owner to distract from his lack of work. He is lazy lazy lazy. I caught him numerous times laying outside trying to tan on my upstairs porch while his "helper" did all the work. So unprofessional. Also, at the end of the job, his work was half assed and terrible. There was paint splatter and calk residue everywhere. He even made a hole in my wall and tried to cover it up (which he did an awful job doing). I could spend days describing his terrible work, but that's not even where his lack of professional work ethics end. He STOLE some of my beer which I found in my trash meaning he consumed it on the job. So he drinks while he works. I also found marijuana crumbs on my back porch table! So he does drugs while he works too! And to put a cherry on this entirely AWFUL experience...I caught him SLEEPING at the house while he was working. And I'm not talking a nap...I'm talking overnight, multiple nights. We had already moved out and were paying to fix up our old home for the new tenants that were moving in and I drove back to check on things later in the evening... He also makes sexual passes at all his assistants and I would be very surprised if they were professionally insured or paid properly. I saw him handing them cash outside the house after a work day. So if you want the worst, most unprofessional worker...get the "super" handyman. But believe you me, you will get a super awful handyman instead.
