Every job is quoted upfront, in writing, before work starts, so there are no surprise charges. Small jobs (outlets, fixtures, fans) are usually priced per item. Larger jobs like panel upgrades, EV chargers and backup power are quoted after a short site visit or a review of your photos. Permit fees, when needed, are listed separately in the quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us a message with a short description and a few photos. 2) We reply with questions and, for larger jobs, set up a site visit. 3) You get a clear written quote. 4) We schedule the work and arrange permits when required. 5) We walk you through everything before we leave and clean up the work area.
