- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. There is a lot of value to my service that often exceeds the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get your information and ride details and set up a reservation. You receive a confirmation and first time clients receive an online invoice for a deposot or full payment. Throughout the ride, you will receive SMS updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated, professional driving courses and defensive driving courses and security related courses.
