Stephanie prepared a 5-course meal to match with 5 wines for a party of ten. Each course was beautifully presented, delicious, and was a perfect match to the wines. The braised short ribs were the favorite of the evening. Stephanie also made a special mac and cheese for my toddler. Event Catering (Drop-off)
I live in Texas and needed to throw a surprise engagement party for my daughter in California. Stephanie contacted me almost immediately and we hit it off right from the start! Stephanie is very easy to work with and very accommodating. Her food was very good and she conducted herself in a very professional manner. I had chosen 13 different appetizers and desserts for about 50 people. The only problem we encountered was that it was hard for Stephanie and her one assistant to keep the food coming at a consistent pace. She was extremely helpful with suggesting menu ideas for our requested traditional Thanksgiving meal. Stephanie was friendly, professional and an excellent cook. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always loved cooking, I've done it since I was young. I was in advertising after I graduated from college and it was fine, but it was just a job. I wanted my job to be my passion so that's why I quit my job and went to culinary school
- What types of customers have you worked with?I pretty much do it all. I have a lot of clients with dietary restrictions so I delivery food weekly for them. I have clients that want to learn new recipes to cook that are not only good, but are fairly quick to make. I also do a lot of catering jobs from sit down dinners to up to 30 people to passed and stationary items for up to 200 people.
