- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge 8.9% of rents collected for management of 1-4 Residential units. We charge 6.9% of rents collected for management of 5-15 Residential units. There is custom pricing for of buildings with with over 15 units or commercial properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tailor our approach specifically to each client to make sure to correctly address the client's needs and not provide a generic cookie cutter approach for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daniel earned a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he received concentrations in both Real Estate and Finance. He also holds a California Real Estate License and has degrees in Business Administration, Economics and Spanish from the University of Oregon where he completed his undergraduate studies.
