- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing definitely varies. Again, every house is different. I usually discount customers and rarely do I charge the “full” price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually just talk to them about the location of their panels. The prices vary on which story the panels are located and if they are easily accessible or not. I usually tell them about the equipment we use and try to stress the importance of why us doing it is better for the panels then them just “hosing” them off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working hard my whole life and I think that carries over to this field of work. This is my first business venture and so it is very important that my company has a very good reputation. Meaning; great work, fair prices, easy and fluid communication between myself and the customers. I was a waiter for a long time and I feel like communication and a natural hustle and pep to my step are my strong points
