Introduction: If you are a plumber, I might be able to help patch the walls and ceilings. I have worked with plumbers for over 20 years (on the side) fixing the drywall, plaster and stucco after the plumbers finish their re-pipes. I was a commercial drywall finisher and I worked for a drywall contractor in Anaheim over 20 years. (We worked on schools where the drywall had to be perfect to pass inspection and.) And I did side-jobs for the plumbers. I'm retired now but I still love to do side-jobs. I really an not looking for a boss to tell me HOW to do the repairs -- I am an expert at what I do, and I work by myself. If possible, I would like to deal directly with the homeowner, and I will pay you a generous referral fee for sending me to them. When I finish the job, you cannot tell where the patch was! No job too small! Usually the homeowner likes my work so much, that they have me do more work for them, like painting and some light handyman work. I charge anywhere from $100-$500 per job.
