Both of my daughters graduated in 2020, and we were finally able to celebrate this year due to Covid. Chef Jessie catered my graduation party and I selected a southern style menu. The food was AMAZING, the presentation was gorgeous and all of my guests raved!! I will be calling chef Jessie for my next big event!!

I can not rave more about Jessie. Literally everyone at my husband's Surprise 50th Birthday last week was (and still is) stating how incredible her food and presentation was! There was so much food, and when I provided her with my husband's pescatarian diet she came up with the PERFECT MENU. From the time she showed up, she was on point with everything despite the fact that I was running behind schedule on setting things up. I will never cook for another event again.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All of our menus are customized to match your event and theme. We will give you an estimated Quote and once we have all the details we can send you a final quote. We occasionally run specials in our Facebook and instagram accounts so follow us @awayfaringchef

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to get an idea of the “experience” the client is looking for, from type of cuisine to theme to color scheme. Once I have an idea of what they are looking for, I make a customized menu that I think will make them and their guests happy and fit within their budget.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Always learning! A.S. and B.S. from The International Culinary Schools @ The Art Institutes of California-Los Angeles and Tennessee-Nashville, respectively.
