- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do free consultations. I offer personalized payment plans, depending on the program, to make training affordable for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I focus on getting us on the same page. I want to gather as much information as I can on what your training goals are, where we currently are with training, and set realistic expectations of what we can achieve. Once we have all that information, I recommend a program I think would best fit your training goals and we move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Starmark Academy, where I became a certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist. I have trained over 50 other dog trainers I successfully owned and operated another dog training business in Houston, TX for 2 years prior to opening Flow. I have around 5 years of experience training dogs of all sizes and temperaments, with a specialty in fearful/ reactive dogs.
