I hired Essy and Guiseppe from My Remodeling to build an ADU on my property, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From the start, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
Like with any big construction project, we ran into a few unexpected obstacles — some permit delays and a couple of supply chain hiccups. But what impressed me most was how proactive and solution-oriented they were. Essy handled communication with the city to get things moving again, and Guiseppe found creative ways to keep the project on track without compromising quality. They always kept me updated, explained my options clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision.
The final result is absolutely beautiful — the craftsmanship is excellent, and the ADU feels solid, well-designed, and built to last. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail.

My Remodeling Inc. is an excellent company. It is rare to find a General Contractor that is on budget and willing to take total responsibility for a project. From the beginning Giuseppe was transparent about pricing and timeline. When issues emerged, which inevitably do, he was willing to take responsibility and always treated us with fairness.
