These guys are exceptional! They arrived on time, listened to my comments, and did a fantastic job. I had scheduled someone to come out from this company at 11am. The day of the called and said it would be until 4 or 5 until they could show up so I had to reschedule. The rescheduling was for 8am 2 days out. That say they didn’t show up until 12. I also had two simple tasks that needed to be done. I had two holes in the wall that I needed patched and I needed a replacement piece of drywall for an attic access. He came and patch the walls and said that he would come back within the next few days to finish by painting the walls and doing the drywall for the attic but he never has. I’ve reached out multiple times and gotten a response of “oh yes I still need to come and finish it” but haven’t heard anything else. I was in a time crunch to get these things done since my lease was running out.
The work the guy who was sent out was fine. But it’s still a half finished job. I paid 350 of the 400 after the patching alone. Still unpainted and still missing a proper attic cover

The business owner Jose was good at the first. However, he has not been able to make detailed assessment about what detention of the items of needed. After two times of purchased the items that do not fit, it looks like that he doesn’t really know what to do. The projects are on hold, and I am suppose to hear from Jose about what is happening on his end today. After emailing and texting , no response from Jose.

I tried my best to be extra nice to his team, provided breakfasts and lunch money per person each day, hoping they can get the job done on time.

They started on Feb. 1st , and Jose said that it would take 3-5 days to get everything done. It is Feb. 18 today, his people had been working here total of 4 days, there are still three major projects out of four, that need to be done.
I respectfully spoke to Jose and I told him that I am very frustrated because he did not measure the item correctly, and kept on buying the wrong things and wasted so much time. I also told him that his floor tech took two pieces of planks of my floor, that he needs to return to me.
So much time have been spent on this, I am hoping Jose would be able to get the job done ASAP and up to the standard of the industry.
I have to say that one of Jose’s techs Tony is very good. He is hard working and clean each time at the end of the day. I appreciate Tony very much.

I am giving this company a “2 “ at this time. Would like to come back to give them a better rating after the projects are completed.
