I hired Olena last month to deep clean my apartment, which my roommate and I hadn’t thoroughly cleaned in over three years. We always kept the kitchen and bathroom as tidy as possible, but when it came to sweeping, mopping, and overall maintenance, we just weren’t consistent. Eventually, we realized it wasn’t about laziness—we just hate cleaning!
Olena came in and did an outstanding job. She didn’t just clean—she organized my stuff too, which is something I absolutely dread doing. Every time I try, my brain just shuts off. But she handled it effortlessly, making everything look neat and functional without me feeling overwhelmed. I was so impressed that I booked her again the following month to tackle new areas, and once again, she exceeded expectations.
One thing that really stood out was her punctuality. Not only was she on time—she was early! Before booking her, I read a lot of reviews for other cleaners on Thumbtack, and punctuality seemed to be a major issue, along with complaints about jobs not being thorough. That was not the case with Olena. She went above and beyond, making sure no detail was overlooked.
She even made my bed, which—I’ll be honest—I’ve never done ever. It was such a nice touch and really made my space feel complete. It’s those little extra things that show she truly cares about the job she does.
I wish I had before pictures, but honestly, I was too embarrassed to take any. The after pictures I posted don’t even do justice without showing what the place looked like before. (And excuse the quality—they’re just screenshots from a video.) But trust me when I say the transformation was next level!
