I asked for assistance to remove a seized hose on an outdoor spigot and unfortunately he ran into an issue where he forced the issue resulting in damaging the copper piping. During the process the handyman tried to figure out a resolution on the fly which did not really give me any sense of confidence about the situation. He then tried to patch up the issue as he saw I was becoming frustrated and he left. no charge. I was then forced to make another call to an actual plumber to come out and resolve the new issue. To my surprise I received a follow up from the owner apologizing for the mishap and offering to pay for some of the repair costs. I originally made a 1 star review and have now decided to update and provide a 3 star. I understand these things happen, and I'm thankful they somewhat resolved the issue, but its more or less mainly for wasting my time.
