- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is $85 per hour for 2 movers with 20ft box truck, includes dollies, 4-wheeler, furniture wrapping, TV & Mirror protection, & disassembly & assembly for bed frame or furniture. (each additional mover is $40 an hour) plus $6 per mile flat fee of $100 for stairs per floor and additional $100 for appliances. minimum of 3 hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send them a list of about 5 questions & ask for a video of the size of the move. Then go from there with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has worked for a long-distance moving company for two years. Now doing locally, but we do long distance moving if needed has well.
