Mark is simply the best trainer! We worked out twice a week for over six years. He was very attentive to all of my physical issues and challenges and I felt that I totally progressed over time. I’ve been seeing Mark intermittently for the last 15 years. I started working with him more seriously after I was diagnosed with osteoporosis three years ago. The medication my doctor wanted me to take, Fosamax, could have serious side effects. I talked to my doctor and he recommended strength training and gave me two years before my next bone scan. My last bone scan showed the results. There are no signs of osteoporosis. My doctor couldn’t believe the improvements in my scan results. Mark helped me strengthening my bones and my entire body. Additionally, through our exercises, my chronic knee pain has disappeared. Even if you are in a good health, you would be well advised to work with Mark to maintain your physical well being, like I do. I've been working with Mark for about 8 years or so. I've got some complicated back issues because of an old spinal cord injury and Mark has been a life-changer for me. He's got a great understanding of body mechanics, can quickly see what I need to strengthen and knows just how to do it. He's got an easy-going and encouraging manner and has become a good friend over the years. He's great to work with and I plan to continue working with him as long as I can.
