What stands out most about Manuk is how much he cares for his clients. Every workout is personalized and he takes the time to show you the proper form for each exercise. He takes health and injuries into account and adapts accordingly, while maintaining a challenging workout regime. He makes himself very available to contact, I've had plenty of nights where I frantically text him and ask what I should eat instead of junk food. Manuk is great at making personal connections with his clients. He'll remember what you have going on in your life outside of the gym and shows a genuine interest. I think this connection is important to seeing results. On days where I am not feeling it, Manuk is there to push me and I don't want to let him down. I love starting my mornings working out with Manuk, it sets my day off in such a positive way that I can't help bring that positivity with me everywhere else. Over the past several years, I have worked with and been trained by several trainers, but I found Manuk to be personable, compassion and above concerned about his clients training goals. His drive for the client's success and his "no non-sense" approach to workout training, I found to be commendable. Specifically, for me, I have always had a weight management problem and been concerned about my weight, since finding and working with Manuk, I have been accountable and through that accountability and my willingness to commit to a food plan, I have seen results I previously didn't imagine. I am currently meeting with Manuk 3x/wk and after each workout, I feel accomplished and complete. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer packages based on the amount of sessions customers do per week. I am open to discounts and negotiations. In order to best serve my clients needs and assess everyone on an individual basis, no pricing or negotiations are offered online. I want to take the time to get to know my clients and what fits their schedules, lifestyle and goals best. Unfortunately, this cannot be done online. I would love the opportunity to sit down and get to know each client because we're all unique n our own way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first meeting with a client will be a fitness consultation. We will discuss what your fitness goals are and what is going to be the best approach to reaching those goals ASAP. Also, we will talk about what fitness level the client is currently and what their medical history is to identify if he/she is healthy enough to participate in a fitness program. After the consultation we will discuss the necessary approach as far as program, frequency, diet and any other necessary lifestyle/ habit changes that we'll need to implement in order to reach the clients goals.
