I’ve been working with Mike for about 8 months and I’ve lost around 35 pounds of fat while putting on noticeable muscle. He’s great at tracking progress, keeping notes on my weights and max lifts, and making sure each workout builds on the last.
Mike is encouraging, easy to talk to, and always pays attention to how I’m doing each week. His diet and nutrition advice have made a big difference in keeping me consistent and on track.
He also trains out of a high-quality gym that’s clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded, which makes every session more focused and comfortable. His prices are very reasonable compared to other trainers, especially considering the results and level of personal attention he provides.
Communication is always solid and he’s flexible when I need to adjust my schedule or training plan. I’ve worked with other trainers before, and I highly recommend Mike if you want real results and a trainer who genuinely cares about your progress.

Mike’s been an awesome trainer to work with. He really knows what he’s doing and makes every session count. He’s constantly pushing me the right amount, enough to make progress but not so much that it feels overwhelming.
What I really appreciate with Mike is how he personalizes everything. He actually listens to what i’m trying to achieve and adjusts things along the way. I’m constantly noticing real changes in my strength and energy since training with him, and his motivation definitely keeps me consistent. He’s also very understanding of my busy schedule since I have to travel for work frequently, but is still a constant in pushing me to get to hit my goals.
