Two Reasons: 1) All Inclusive Service; and 2) You will learn to do everything with better technique than everyone else in the gym. 1) All Inclusive: My session rates for every client include a COMPLETE FITNESS SOLUTION: nutrition counseling, a cardio program, and a corrective exercise and stretching program to be done between sessions. In addition, all gym fees are included in my rate. This is the simplest way to get my clients EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO SUCCEED. 2) Perfect Technique: It's all about attention to detail. I do way more than train muscles; I coach movement. You will learn how your body works and the fundamental principles that govern proper technique. That means there's nothing you won't know how to do right. When you do things right, you GET STRONG VERY QUICKLY. Watching my CLIENTS BECOME ATHLETES along the way to achieving their fitness goals. Nothing excites me more than my clients getting hooked on a healthy lifestyle and coming to me with new goals that they want to achieve. I'm grateful for the opportunity to inspire my clients to pursue greatness. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing them ACHIEVE WHAT THEY ONCE THOUGHT WAS IMPOSSIBLE.

I cannot say enough amazing things about James. James is like a personal trainer, physical therapist, nutritionist, and life coach rolled into one. He has an academic knowledge of the body and applies it every time you see him to develop highly specialized and ever-evolving fitness plans for you. He did what no orthopedist or physical therapist could do (and I went through several) - cure me of chronic knee pain which had plagued me even though I was in my 20s. James understood that my knee problems were the result of seemingly unrelated issues such as a tight achilles, inflexible quads, and many bad habits I had developed. Rather than cutting straight to heavy lifting (as my past trainers had done), James has done a significant amount of foundational work which has made me confident in the gym, improved my posture, and reduced other aches and pains. I'm grateful to benefit from his holistic approach and give him my highest recommendation Kayvan

I've trained with James for well over 3 years now and am so happy that I did. Over the years James has worked with me to increase my mobility, flexibility, cardio, and overall strength depending on my goals. During the same time I went through numerous life changing events and wouldn't have had the motivation to remain dedicated to my fitness, but James was always there to motivate me whether it was through funny Austrian trainer imitations or no-pain-no-gain pep talks. James pushes me hard...sometimes to the point I feel like blowing chunks...but he seems to be able to find the right balance of workout intensity to match my limits on any given day. James' holistic approach to fitness has helped me improve my diet and avoid shoulder surgery as well. I look forward to becoming healthier and stronger working with James in the future.

I've worked out my entire life and I have never encountered a trainer with more knowledge about physical fitness and health than James. He is not only a spectacular trainer, but he is also incredible at keeping me accountable - and I am probably one of his most disobedient clients! Not only does he make his routines fun, dynamic and different every time, but there is a great sense of personalized attention that is client-specific - you know that the workout routine is made for you in accordance to your needs and wants. He is honestly amazing!
