I have been working with Ioana since late 2020. We were introduced through my daughter who had been training with her for a year and had achieved impressive results. I live overseas but we connected online and discussed my initial goals. I am a fairly active person (hiking, skiing, doing triathlons) but needed someone to help me strengthen my body and get rid of those constant nagging injuries. Over the past 3 years, Ioana has regularly developed programs that consider my busy traveling schedule and active lifestyle. I have been incredibly pleased with her training as well as my own progress and I highly recommend Ioana as a personal trainer.

Working with ioana has changed my life. Before starting to work together, I felt so stressed out and unhappy, had low energy, just diagnosed with pre diabetes, and ready to give up. So far I have lost 27 pounds, I feel confident in my routine and making food choices, we've worked on managing my work stress and daily routine, I have learned how to eat out with my friends and family and feel good about it, I;ve learned how to eat while on vacation, annd this is the strongest I have ever been and fastest progress I have made. I never thought that i can eat ice cream, go out with friends and drink wine AND still lose weight. Ioana offers personal training, help with nutrition and online coaching which has been amazing because we can still work together even though I recently moved. I first started off with personal training 3-4 times per week and help with nutrition, and now transitioned to online fitness and nutrition coaching. Ioana writes my workout and nutrition plan and checks in with me every week. It’s been amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ioana is an amazing coach. She helped me with my nutrition based on my lifestyle and busy schedule. I’ve been struggling with maintaining a consistent workout schedule since the pandemic but she changed that for me and now I feel I am in the best shape of my life.

I'm so thankful I found Ioana! I started seeing her a couple of months before the pandemic and have continued working with her throughout the pandemic. She's amazing at creating fun but challenging workouts and is passionate about helping me achieve my goals. Ioana makes sure to check in regularly and is great at listening to my feedback and making changes as needed. My fitness improved so much that my father (a very very fit man) was impressed and asked for her info. She is now working with him as well. Ioana is truly skilled at working with every fitness level, from beginner to advanced so if you are hesitating, you can stop! I've worked with a few different trainers over the years, and she is by far my favorite. Additional note: my dad asked her for help training for a weeklong cross-country skiing excursion in Finland. He not only ended the week with minimal soreness but went faster than others that are 15yrs his junior. They clearly could have benefited from working with Ioana!

I've worked with multiple trainers over the past 5 years - across both coasts - and I can say with full confidence that Ioana is the best. She is so easy to work with and has a very genuine and easygoing personality that helps me feel at ease even when I am pushing myself to the limit. Having felt intimidated by gyms & workout culture for most of my life it is incredible to now be at a place where I have confidence in my body and my ability to build strength. My body looks and feels amazing. I get compliments all of the time. I'm so grateful for Ioana's knowledge and disposition - our training sessions fly by because they are actually fun.
