The service was superb starting from the response in the beginning. It was very fast. Nik was very nice and even wanted to make sure the time I needed was convenient for my family and I. The price was worth it as well and Nok works quick but made sure he cleaned every bit of our couch and before he left he made sure that I had the instructions on the drying process and what to do. I will definitely be using waterfall service again. Also if you do use waterfall service don’t forget to tip for the good service you get it’s so worth it.
