Amazing and over the top service! Not only do they respond very fast, they are very accommodating to last minute scheduling. Scheduled for service on a Saturday, Nick arrived earlier and he began to clean my sectional and was out in an hour! Not only was he very professional he was very nice to my kids who wanted to watch what was going on.
Definitely will be booking with them for yearly service and any other services I might need!
P.S. Nick revived my section, now it is clean and fluffy again. Love it

The service was superb starting from the response in the beginning. It was very fast. Nik was very nice and even wanted to make sure the time I needed was convenient for my family and I. The price was worth it as well and Nok works quick but made sure he cleaned every bit of our couch and before he left he made sure that I had the instructions on the drying process and what to do. I will definitely be using waterfall service again. Also if you do use waterfall service don’t forget to tip for the good service you get it’s so worth it. Thanks again Nik

Waterfall was quick to give me a very competitive bid and asked me to choose the time and day. they came out the next day; even a few minutes early. He was so friendly and professional.
