- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for custom decor will vary depending on the size of the event, the theme and location of the event. "Bling In the Box" special theme boxes start at $50 for a 2-person table setting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat my customers like friends, so having a conversation usually just flows. We talk about your likes, dislikes and how I will love to make their dreams come true. I communicate frequently by text and e-mail after the initial conversation to make sure we stay on the same page. I provide a mock-up of initial ideas within 5-7 days of our first discussion to ensure the vision matches the wish list. My hope is my new customer will continue to allow me to add BLING into their life after I bring their first vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent many years in Corporate America as a Project Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Customer Service, so I completely understand the importance of AMAZING customer service. My design expertise is mostly inherited and backed up with a course in Party Planning through the International Association of Professional Party Planners and a course in Visual Communication.
