We charge a $49 diagnostic fee, which is applied toward the cost of the repair if you choose to proceed. We provide upfront estimates—no hidden fees.

First, we discuss the problem by phone or message to understand the symptoms. We schedule a diagnostic visit, explain the findings clearly, provide an upfront estimate, and complete the repair efficiently—often the same day.

I’m trained and certified in major appliance diagnostics and repair, with ongoing education to stay current on modern energy-efficient appliances.
