Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the property, the type of cleaning, and any additional services requested. We provide the price before the appointment so customers know what to expect. Additional services, such as interior appliances, windows, or balconies, may have an extra fee. We are always happy to discuss the customer’s needs and find an option that fits their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first discuss their cleaning needs, the size of the space, and any specific areas they would like us to focus on. I provide a clear estimate and confirm the services included before scheduling. On the day of the cleaning, we arrive prepared with our own supplies and equipment, complete the work carefully, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the results before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has mainly come through hands-on experience in the cleaning industry. Over the years, I have learned professional cleaning techniques, proper product use, attention to detail, and how to handle different types of homes and cleaning needs. I continue to improve my skills through practical experience and by staying up to date with effective cleaning methods.
