Our pricing is based on the size of the home, its current condition, the type of cleaning requested, and the amount of work required. We provide a clear quote before the cleaning so customers know what to expect. For homes that require additional services or extra time, we always communicate with the customer before performing any additional work or charges. We believe in transparent pricing and do our best to avoid unexpected fees. We also offer special pricing for recurring cleaning services. Customers who choose weekly, biweekly, or regular cleaning can receive better rates and enjoy the convenience of having a reliable cleaning team they can count on. Our goal is to provide excellent value, professional service, and pricing that is fair for both the customer and our cleaning team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make cleaning as easy and stress-free as possible. First, we communicate with the customer to understand their home, cleaning needs, priorities, and any special requests. We then provide a clear quote based on the size and condition of the home and the type of cleaning requested. Once the cleaning is scheduled, we confirm the date, time, and details with the customer. Our professional cleaner arrives prepared with the necessary cleaning supplies and follows our quality standards throughout the service. After the cleaning is completed, we make sure the customer is satisfied with the results and welcome any feedback or special requests for future visits. For recurring customers, we work with them to create a convenient cleaning schedule and build a long-term relationship they can rely on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from extensive hands-on experience in residential cleaning and ongoing professional training. Over the years, I have learned professional cleaning techniques, proper product usage, attention to detail, and how to safely and effectively clean different types of homes and surfaces. Our team members are carefully selected and have professional cleaning experience. We provide guidance and training to ensure that our cleaners follow consistent quality and safety standards.
