My pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning required, and the level of detail involved. Every quote is customized to ensure fairness and transparency — there are no hidden fees. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and heavily soiled areas may require additional time and cost, which is always discussed in advance. We occasionally offer discounts for recurring clients or larger projects. Clear communication about pricing is important to us, so clients always know exactly what they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with understanding the client’s needs. I ask a few questions about the size of the home, the type of cleaning required (standard or deep cleaning), and any specific areas that need extra attention. After that, I provide a clear quote and explain exactly what is included in the service. Once the appointment is scheduled, my team arrives on time with all necessary supplies and equipment. After the cleaning is completed, I encourage the client to walk through the space to ensure everything meets their expectations. Client satisfaction and clear communication are always my top priorities.

While my background is rooted in hands-on experience, I have completed professional training in residential and deep cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
