Chad is a wonderful Coach! I was job hunting and had always been uncomfortably nervous in interviews. My thought was to engage a Coach to improve my interview skills. I did a month with Chad and he was very helpful, easy to talk to, and a great listener. I was struggling with focusing on my interests and where I wanted to go with my career. Throughout the process, he held me accountable and gave me weekly assignments to make sure I would progress.
