When he came into my house, he asked about the few pieces of furniture I still had on the floor. It was clear he wanted to do as complete a job as he could. I really appreciated that sense of duty and detail. The floor looked brand new when he was done and he was very detailed with the instructions post-cleaning. Would hire again. Great service
