FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on 30-min and 55 min sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first start with a questionnaire to get idea of the client's goals. When I see them, I will obtain a baseline assessment of where they start. I also will talk to them about some choices with their foods. In their exercise program, we will start with some cardio, some stretching, and then resistance exercises with weights, resistance bands, and/or stability ball. I aim for a CORRECTIVE, safe, effective, and proper approach to exercise that is customed to each individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, certified AFAA group instructor, and a certified Lifeguard. I am also a university professor, and a Health & Wellness Coach. I always take CEU from various institutions to keep up with exercise trends and movements.
